    Wir gehen mit YGO das Thema Reisen ganz neu an. Wir teilen wöchentlich die heißesten Travel-Drops und bringen unsere Community an die Orte und zu den Events, die ihre Social Media Feeds füllen und wo sie gerne Teil von werden möchten: Nordlichter und Husky-Tour in Lappland, Formel 1 Rennen in Silverstone oder Coachella Festival in Kalifornien – you name it Flüge, Hotels, Shuttles, Experiences - wir garantieren mit unseren einfach zu buchenden Reise-Paketen eine rundum perfekte Experience und kümmern uns um alles

    Diese einzigartige Vision wird von unserem ambitionierten und dynamischen Team, bestehend aus Touristik- und Marketingexperten, mit vollem Elan umgesetzt und dabei von Europas profiliertesten Branchenführern und Investoren unterstützt. In diesem einmaligen Set-up wirst Du bei YGO sehr eng mit den Gründern zusammenzuarbeiten und von einer steilen Lernkurve profitieren.

    Um unsere ehrgeizige Vision voranzutreiben, suchen wir Unterstützung beim Onlinemarketing für unsere Reise-Plattform (remote oder vor Ort in Berlin). Gemeinsam werden wir die Art und Weise, wie Menschen Urlaub machen, auf ein neues Level heben.

    Aufgaben

    Was sind Deine Aufgaben?

    Du startest bei uns als Praktikant:in im Onlinemarketing und wir werden gemeinsam mit Dir aus den folgenden Aufgabenbereichen Pakete schnüren:

    Performance Marketing

    • Du gräbst Dich mit uns gemeinsam durch den Funnel und unterstützt bei der Optimierung
    • Du baust Landingpages im CMS, fährst A/B-Tests, erstellst Reports, analysierst Kampagnen und Channel Performance und hast unsere Optimierungsziele im Blick
    • Du startest neue Kampagnen und testest Hypothesen
    • Du hast keine Ahnung, was das alles bedeutet und worum es beim Performance Marketing geht ? Kein Problem, wir bringen Dir alles bei Idealerweise bringst Du schon erste Erfahrungen mit. Wenn nicht, musst Du einfach nur eine gesunde Neugierde und eine hohe Technik-affinität mitbringen

    Contenterstellung & -management

    • Du sorgst mit Deinem Sprachgefühl und Witz dafür, dass unsere abwechslungsreichen Reisen in den Beschreibungstexten auch möglichst kreativ und packend beschrieben werden
    • Du recherchierst passende Bilder und Videos und pflegst diese über unser Content Management System in unsere Plattform ein
    • Du unterstützt bei den Videoproduktionen beim Erstellen der Storyline und bei Dreh, Schnitt und Veröffentlichung

    Customer Management

    • Du planst und erstellst individuelle Reisen für unsere Kunden
    • Du wickelst Buchungen unserer Kunden ab
    • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden schriftlich bei Fragen vor, während und nach der Buchung

    Qualifikation

    Was bringst Du noch mit?

    • Entweder bist Du super kommunikativ, liebst digitale Kommunikation, planst und organisiert gerne Reisen oder Du hast ein sehr analytisches Mindset und liebst Zahlen
    • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
    • Begeisterung für das Schreiben von Texten und Anzeigen (ChatGPT darf Dir auch mal helfen)
    • Effiziente Recherchefähigkeiten
    • Organisationstalent und gute Aufgabenpriorisierung
    • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Humor und gute Laune

    YGO is a Berlin-based travel tech startup and we are disrupting the travel industry by selling not only flights or tickets but by selling tailored travel packages.

    Each travel package (called "trip") contains exclusive events, a selection of the best hotels and flights from and to an airport close nearby. Additional items like a transfer or restaurant appointment can be added to the package, too.

    Another part of our innovation goes into our target audience. The travel industry is normally addressing people 50+. We instead target Generation Y / Millenials with exciting events like Formula 1, ATP Tennis, festivals, concerts, etc.

    As a tech startup we are fast-moving, iterate quickly and tackle challenges with an unbiased view in a rapidly evolving industry.
