Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies.

It sounds complex, but we'll explain further Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project).

Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. This is a really exciting time to join our company, since our founding in 2000 we have gone from strengthtostrength and have lots of exciting developments coming up soon that you could be a part of.

What your day will look like:

Planning, coordination and delivery of finance assignments linked to revenue, contract management and overall flow from deal origination to cash inflow.
Review and validation of commercial and supply agreements, aggregation of key contractual terms
Reconciliation between customer contract terms and mapping impact on billings, revenue and cash in a continuous flow
Working with global and local Finance teams on other assignments, depending on current priorities and annual budgeting/reporting cycle
Support in further development of finance processes
Support in finance transformation and other projects
Coordination & communication with Finance, Sales, Operations and other teams

What you need to fulfill the role:

You have already gained initial practical experience in finance through internship, student traineeships or as working student
You are familiar with MS Office
It matters to us that you are approachable, flexible and communicative. In addition, you are keen to take responsibility, and work independently
You speak fluent English
