- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research and prospecting tools
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects and create interest in TeamViewer products
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget constraints
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and appointments for further discussions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development activities to enhance your performance and contribute to the team's success
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
- Organizational talent with a structured, independent and proactive work attitude
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international team
- Prior experience in sales development or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Basic understanding of software and technology
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of outreach effectively
