    I am looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will play a fundamental role in ensuring customer success and exceeding revenue growth goals for my clients life science consumables, instrumentation and equipment business as well as laying the foundation for repeat sales.

    You must have a 'hunter' mentality and be comfortable making a significant number of calls per day creating strong and lasting relationships with our customer base and collaborating with sales, field applications and service partners in closing sales.

    This role will cover my clients dealers and end user business in Germany, as such bilingual language skills in English and German will be required.

    The primary focus of this role is to identify the most fruitful lead sources and build a strong funnel of high-quality opportunities while also growing and managing existing accounts. The role will work closely with the Field Sales teams, Sales Senior Management and Marketing to achieve aggressive growth targets while progressing leads.

    Proven and exemplary inside sales experience and evidenced success:

    • Bilingual with English and German
    • Track record off hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
    • Comfortable cold calling and building relationships with new customers.
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Strong listening and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
    • Previous experience in an inside sales role a life science/B2B environment.
    • You are tech savvy and have advanced working knowledge of key prospecting tools including LinkedIn.
    • You are a relationship builder, creative dealmaker, and part of our growth trajectory.
    • Comfortable in using CRM systems (e.g.MS Dynamics/Sales ) to support your sales process and activities.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
