Stellenbeschreibung Die Herausforderung Das Team Sales Journey GV/LAR verantwortet die Sicherung von Kunden und Kundinnen in der Grundversorgung, durch Leeranlagenrecherche und Identifikation von potenziellen Vertragspartnern. Wir bündeln hierbei die Bereiche Customer Journey Management, Vertragsplanung, Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement sowie die Steuerung von Dienstleistern. Hierbei übernimmst du die folgenden Aufgaben:• Leitung von bereichs- und unternehmensübergreifenden Projekten innerhalb der Grundversorgung inklusive Budget- und Ressourcenplanungen
• Weiterentwicklung der operativen Prozesse und Strukturen mit Hilfe von u.a. Automatisierung und Robotisierung zur Steigerung der vertrieblichen Aktivitäten
• Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner:in für Produktentwicklung und Verkauf (Kampagnenabstimmung)
• Eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau der notwendigen Kennzahlen und Berichte für eine transparente Steuerung der vertrieblichen Aktivitäten und Kampagnen
• Eigenständige Erarbeitung strategischer und konzeptioneller Fragestellungen unter Einbindung relevanter Schnittstellen und Fachbereiche im Rahmen der Grundversorgung
• Managementgerechte Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Analyseergebnissen und Entscheidungsempfehlungen Ein Background, der überzeugt
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ähnlicher Studiengang, z.B. Volkswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik
• Hohe vertriebliche Affinität in Verbindung mit einer sehr starken Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Grundverständnis der Energiewirtschaft gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten analytischen sowie unternehmerischen Denkweise
• Open Mindset, Veränderungsbereitschaft und Motivation bestehende Strukturen zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern
• Kommunikationsstärke und Präsentationssicherheit verbunden mit Durchsetzungs- sowie Kooperationsfähigkeit
