Areas of responsibilities:

Organizing the Quality-Value Chain (R&D Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, Compliance)
Specify and pursue the quality standards in the whole product lifecycle
Define and track actions derived from the monthly QM-Report
Ensure compliance with international standards and legal obligations
Ensure compliance with internal standards (chemical, mechanical, durability,)
Develop the moderation of concept, product

- and process

FMEAs
Professionalize Quality processes as well as responsibility for the implementation of the quality policy and strategy (e.g., introduction of Quality handbook)
Active collaboration on development projects and problem solving (FMEA, 8D, 5 Why)
Provide leadership to global process owners and local site managers on quality, process management and continuous improvement issues
Define and ensure reporting for standardized global quality KPIs
Continuous analysis, adaptation and improvement of existing systems as well as product and process qualities
Coordination, support and realization of external and internal QM audits as well as QM projects and advancement of the digitalization of quality process tools
Escalation management in case of quality problems

Your profile of qualification:

Successfully completed Engineering, Technical studies or apprenticeship (Technician with focus on plastic or metal)
Profound years of working experience in the quality management, preferable within the consumer goods industry
Profound experience in the collaboration with Chinese suppliers
Excellent command of German and English
Outstanding team skills and highly flexible
Analytical and processoriented way of working
Willingness to travel (especially Asia)
Hands-On
