#Tasks:

Your main task is to provide our customers with optimal support and assistance in 1st and 2nd level support within our customer service in the area of returns management.

- #Interface function: You handle clarification cases in close coordination with other departments and external partners such as technology & support, sales, carriers, distributors and manufacturers.

Profile:


#Background:
You have completed commercial training, e.g. as a management assistant for dialog marketing, management assistant for office management or a similar qualification.

#Work experience: You have initial experience in customer service and ideally have knowledge in the areas of complaints, guarantees and warranties.

#Customer orientation:You keep calm even in stressful situations and have tact in dealing with customer complaints. Customer satisfaction is your drive and motivation.

#Enjoyment in dealing with people: and this is also noticed by your counterpart, whose concerns you handle efficiently and professionally.
