About the Merantix AI Campus Berlin

The Merantix AI Campus Berlin is a breakout success One and a half years after its opening, more than 800 talents across 65 AI teams are building AI solutions with the AI Campus as their home base and location for collaboration and exchange.

The AI Campus is an initiative by the AI Venture Studio Merantix. Merantix builds and invests in the AI category leaders of tomorrow. In addition to 7 product AI ventures, Merantix has built Merantix Momentum - a 50-people strong AI solutions provider.

Your role

\_\_We're looking for an entrepreneurial and driven individual to join our team and help us grow our community. As a Business Development intern you'll work closely with the AIC Berlin team on helping our community succeed, from running events to orchestrating community interactions. You'll also work closely with the founding team on our expansion plans as well as developing new offerings for our community.

Your main responsibilities will contain:

Helping to grow the AI Campus organisation:
Support our expansion plans by doing research and deep dives into new markets and business models and derive conclusions
Own BD work streams and be a sparring partner to our founding team
Develop materials for partners and stakeholders to help us scale our current offerings
Helping the community in Berlin to succeed:
Support the community team with the daily life on campus such as: organising events, on

- and off-boarding of our members, manage weekly orders, invoicing and more

Be a friendly and communicative point of contact to our members and there to support them on daytoday business related issues;
Support with partner and vendor requests.

You have a passion for community building and connecting people;
You have a BSc degree in business or social sciences;
You are a handson, creative personality with an eye for the detail;
You are techsavvy and feel comfortable with using digital tools such as Canva, Notion and Google Suite
You are highly selforganised and have a structured approach to work with an ability to multitask;
You have excellent communication (verbal and written English and German) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams;
Ideally, You have already gained your first working experience in a similar role within a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
