The Reiwa Global Real Estate Coordinator will be mainly responsible for the overall organization and support during the implementation of the Reiwa program, ensuring administrative tasks, roles assignments and all Reiwa related requests concerning Hitachi Energy's Real Estate function are processed in a timely and efficient way.

The Reiwa Global Real Estate Coordinator will actively support the Real Estate team for the implementation, monitor the progress and is the primary communicator with the Reiwa project team.

Based on availability, the position will act as deputy for India CoE and provide regional support for MEA and Northern Europe.


Responsibilities:


  • Global coordination for all Reiwa related topics for the whole Real Estate function
  • Identification of person responsible for real estate project activities
  • Reiwa role assignment for testing, training, UAT and hypercare
  • Act as primary contact for any Reiwa related questions
  • Operate as main communicator with the Reiwa project team
  • Accompany the Real Estate team in implementing REIWA
  • Take over deputy role for India CoE colleague (if needed)
  • Provide regional support for MEA and Northern Europe (if needed)
Your background

  • You are a university student (Master's program, majoring in business, finance, management, IT or related discipline preferred)
  • You can support and guide an international team in efficiently implementing global IT projects, providing assistance where needed and act as the main contact person
  • Fluent English language, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders
  • A team player, proactive, with good problemsolving skills and positive attitude
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and IT skills: Excel (advanced pivot tables, functions and formulas, good with analyzing large amount of spreadsheet data), MS Power Point (advanced)
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, PowerBI, SharePoint will be an additional advantage
