What you'll do:

Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for Azure and M365 service operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies for the management and maintenance of our Azure and M365 environments.
Ensure the uptime, availability, and performance of our Azure and M365 services.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our Azure and M365 environments.
Monitor and manage budgets related to Azure and M365 service operations.
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

What you bring:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Azure and M365 service operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Deep technical knowledge of Azure and M365 environments, including server infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud services.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of engineers effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other teams and stakeholders.
Experience developing and implementing strategies for Azure and M365 service operations.
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Readiness for security clearance
EU-Citizenship
Fluent in German and English
