Aufgaben

Create road maps and development plans and take responsibility on execution
Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities based on customer needs and business objectives
Work closely with the development team and make sure the deliverables are meeting acceptance criteria and business objectives
Conduct research and take decisions within your field of responsibility
Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure that the product meets UX standards, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifikation

Experience in ITproject management
Empathy and curiosity for customers needs
Understanding of software development and technology
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in German and English
Team oriented work attitude and strength in communication
A "neverstoplearning" attitude and a desire to develop and grow
