Due to our dynamic growth we are currently looking for a

Working Student Marketing (d|m|f) Eventmanagement in our

Munich office.

What You Will Do

Support of the event management team in particular with the following tasks
Event organization (maintenance of registration lists, stand service planning, etc.)
Ticketing for internal and external
Communication with internal and external partners
Data structuring in Sharepoint
Logistics (mail and freight dispatch)

What You Bring

You are studying with a focus on marketing/event management
You have a good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Power Point and Excel
You are a communicative and open personality who can work both independently and in a team
Reliability and attention to detail characterize you
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
You are available immediately and for a minimum period of 9 months (19,5h per week)
