The

Ticketing Operations Coordinator

(M/F/d) is responsible for supporting the Ticketing Operations Team Leader in the planning and implementation of ticketing operations for UEFA EURO 2024. For training reasons he/she will be also involved in the preparation of the UEFA Champions League finals as well as other events if required.

List of relevant tasks & responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Ticketing Operations Team Leader in the planning and implementation of ticketing operations
  • Being the main point of contact on the ticketing side for various internal competence centres (Event Transport, FSR, Brand Production, Event Training)
  • Supporting in the definition of ticketing troubleshooting processes
  • Producing extensive training content for ticketing volunteers, venue ticketing teams and freelancers
  • Developing elearning content, briefings for explanatory mobile ticketing videos, FAQs and presentations to share knowledge with all stakeholders of Ticketing Operations
  • Conducting interviews for the recruitment of ticketing venue teams for EURO 2024 and being the point of contact for the onboarding/offboarding of ticketing venue teams
  • Defining training schedule and planning for EURO 2024 venue teams
  • Planning overall ticketing tournament time deployment (shifts planning)
  • Creating task lists for venue teams and followup processes
  • Planning, preparing and consolidating venue reporting during tournament to promote business decisions and escalation
  • Planning and producing tournament time reports for other stakeholders
  • Following the defined processes for event debrief and coordinating the overall ticketing debrief delivery
  • Working with the Ticketing Operations Team Leader in the implementation of processes of paper tickets production, printing and distribution
  • Collecting and recording invoices through the procurement tool and forwarding them for payment to the finance department

Education:


  • University degree in management, sports management, or other relevant education

Personal qualities:


  • 23 years experience in event management, ideally in ticketing or another related area
  • Previous experience working or volunteering on events, ideally in the sports industry.

  • Computerliterate: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, databases
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written
  • Attention to detail and structured working method
  • Availability to travel if required
