As our
CRM Administrator (f/m/x), you are part of the RevOps team and you'll be the main support for our CRM users and ensure our processes and systems are always up to date.

You will also be responsible for the rollout, customization and 3rd party tools & packages in Hubspot/Salesforce as well as CRM migration.


What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will...

  • Have a successful onboarding and get to know your key stakeholders from across departments
  • Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners
  • Take over the responsibility for administrative requirements of Sharpist's sales and operations organization including process and workflow
  • Start providing firstlevel support for our HubSpot users from Sales and Operations (including CS, BDR, as well as user experience and coach experience)
**Within 1 quarter, you will

  • Collaborate on creation of training materials to ensure our HubSpot users always up to date with our CRM
  • Function as a liaison between endusers and HubSpot's support team, and work closely with the product owner and software engineering
  • Develop optimal solutions for workflows and automation in our CRM
**Within 1 year, you will

  • You support the planning, organization and implementation of sprints and take over the management of external service providers
  • Support our migration from Hubspot to Salesforce

We believe you'll be successful if you are this type of person:

  • You are able to understand and improve business processes, translate and transform them into flows
  • Strong communication with the endusers and stakeholders including senior management
  • Enjoy teamwork and the necessary feeling for our internal customers

These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better:

  • University degree, ideally in the field of business administration, mathematics, or computer science with a focus on IT system management (e.g. IT specialist, digitization management)
  • A few years of experience in CRM administration or a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of the configuration options of either HubSpot or Salesforce, including descriptive automation techniques
- ideally have successfully completed Salesforce certifications, e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administration, Business Analyst

  • Experience working in a SaaS company, ideally in a startup environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in or willing to move to Berlin
