Our team is located throughout Germany but also in the metropolitan region of Essen. You can work from Hannover, Hamburg, Berlin, München, Würzburg, Essen, Frankfurt am Main, or from home.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Sales Lead (M/F/d), you manage a team of four employees and develop them professionally and personally
Your responsibility is to monitor current digital projects and concepts (centrally and locally) and recommend the decisions for portfolio inclusion/exclusion to the Head of Future Energy Home IT, In close coordination with business and IT stakeholders
You are in charge to develop and execute products that fit the need of our partner units and align with the company's overall business objectives
You and your team align roadmaps, plan and manage Digital Sales projects
You and your team drive an excellence customer experience by delivering solution development in time and budget
You will develop a digital roadmap for our Digital Sales department with your team
As a leader (M/F/d), you win the hearts and minds of your team members, bring motivation and energy to the team, and stand as a role model (M/F/d) for our values

Qualifications

You have passion for technology and a desire to innovate and drive change
You can provide a track record including experience in project management or related field, where you successfully launched and managed technology products
You have proven leadership skills, that cultivates a caring culture and develops a high performing team
You have the necessary understanding of software development methodologies and technologies, with experience in Agile, Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
You like to develop and inspire people and understand how to lead a diverse team to joint success
Your strengths include a strong entrepreneurial and strategic approach as well as a high customer orientation
You have excellent communication skills, a convincing manner and assertiveness, and are able to present complex issues in an easytounderstand way
You actively drive change and find new ways to improve what already exists
You are a team player (M/F/d) and enjoy working together and networking across company boundaries
You can proof an extensive working experience in international team structures and complex company structures
You have a willingness to travel 1x per week
You communicate very well in German and English
