    Are you looking for a career opportunity within a global, growing company? If so, we have an exciting position for an Ionic mobile developer!

    Job Description

    Join our team at Akelius Languages Online gGmbH, in collaboration with UNICEF, to work on a language learning application. We are currently offering the course in eleven languages including Swedish, English, Greek, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, and Arabic. We are in need of a motivated Ionic iOS application developer to contribute to our project based in Berlin.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and implement Ionic for our future iOS application
    • Optimize app performance and ensure compatibility across iPhone and iPad devices
    • Implementation and testing of user stories from the backlog
    • Active participation in team meetings and effective communication skills
    • Eager to learn and contribute to the team's success

    Who You Are

    We're seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of iOS development experience and at least one published app in the Apple Store. Knowledge of cross-platform solutions in iOS, build pipelines, and tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, Firebase, and Figma are essential. A team player fluent in English with a commitment to agile software development practices.

    Our Company Tech Stack

    • Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript for backend development
    • Pixi with Canvas, Angular, and Typescript for web development
    • Java/Kotlin for Android native apps
    • Utilization of Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, RabbitMq, PostgreSQL, REST, GraphQL, and Keycloak
    • CI/CD processes with Jenkins and Github Actions
