For one of our locations in EMEA we are seeking a

Senior Business Development Director Mobility (M/F/d)


Your area of competence:


The Senior Business Development Director Mobility will be responsible to drive growth for DCS in the Automotive and Mobility segments at international and global level.


You will design the right value proposition for the selected Industries and Segments, leveraging deep market insights, selecting the right digital solutions and operating model to succeed.


You will support the development and launch of partnership opportunities with existing Aon clients and prospective clients, driving the expansion, scaling and internationalization of key digital solutions according to the specific industry and segments needs.

You will support the across the deal lifecycle from prospecting, scoping, negotiation/close, build, and launch.

You will develop an opportunity pipeline - identifying prospective client and internal opportunities and nurturing relationships.

You will be responsible for preparing responses for requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs), and coordinating negotiation and closing of deals.

You will also assist in roadmap development and capability prioritization for the DCS platforms based on the needs from Global and regional clients.

Essential Job Functions:


  • Create Deep Market Insight for selected Industries and Segments
  • Design value proposition for selected Industries and Segments
  • Build a pipeline and manage a pipeline of opportunities for partnerships with existing clients, prospective clients, and Aon business areas
  • Lead opportunity qualification and discovery calls/meetings
  • Develop relationships with client leaders, Aon account executives, and Aon business area leaders to understand and evaluate how the DCS digital solution and capability could fuel growth opportunities
  • Lead the creation of RFI/RFP responses, presentations on capabilities and qualifications, proposals, mockups, and other clientfacing deliverables working with DCS and Aon key stakeholders at global, regional, local level
  • Support the negotiation and close of deals for new partnership opportunities
  • Continue to facilitate and engage clients and partners in build and launch phases
  • Communicate priorities for Global / regional clients to DCS exec and technical leaders for roadmap prioritization

Your profile:


Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree, engineering or business background preferred
  • Master in Business Administration preferred

Technical:

  • Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
  • Domain expertise in insurance preferred

Professional:

  • Deep market knowledge of Automotive and Mobility segments
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, commercial and affinity roles with an emphasis on externalfacing engagement with clients and partners
  • Consolidated International Experience
  • Strong Experience on Insurance in Automotive segments preferred
  • Proven rapport and relationshipbuilding skills with executivelevel stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including communicating technically complex topics to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Demonstrated project and budget management skills from concept to execution, prioritizing high impact activities and keeping projects moving forward driven by deadlines and performance
  • Strong attention to detail, with a leanin and rollup your sleeves attitude, and ability to multitask in a fastpaced work environment
  • Fluency of basic contract terms and proven negotiation skills; track record of successfully pitching new business
