- Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und das Projektmanagement von Maßnahmen im Bereich der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (z.B. Informationskampagnen, Presseartikel, Aufbereitung von guten Beispielen).
- Sie verantworten die Social-Media-Kommunikation im Projekt.
- Sie haben die Betreuung und Pflege der Projekt-Website redaktionell und technisch im Blick.
- Sie entwickeln Strategien und erstellen Content zur Erhöhung unserer Reichweite.
- Sie pflegen Kontakte zu Medien und vermarkten unsere Inhalte.
- Sie konzipieren und realisieren digitale und analoge Kommunikationsformate für und mit Unternehmen sowie Partnern im Projekt.
- Sie erstellen Informationsmaterialien für die IHK-Organisation und für Unternehmen im Themenbereich des Projekts und koordinieren deren grafische Umsetzung. Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschafts-, Politik- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation der höheren Berufsbildung.
- Sie bringen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit.
- Sie sind versiert in der Moderation von Veranstaltungen und Workshops und treffen beim Texten mit Leichtigkeit den richtigen Ton.
- Sie sind sprachlich gewandt, kommunikativ und haben Spaß am Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Konzepten.
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen und Bild- / Videobearbeitungsprogrammen (z.B. Adobe InDesign / Adobe Premiere) ist von Vorteil.
- Sie sind sensibel für die besonderen Anforderungen an die Gestaltung von Projekten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Politik und Wirtschaft.
- Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und arbeiten ergebnis- und teamorientiert.
