Nagarro HR (Junior) Business Partner (m/w/d) | SmartRecruiters

The position is to be filled at one of our locations: Freiburg im Breisgau.

As an HR expert, you will be the first point of contact for our managers and employees in personnel matters.
You will also support us in all personnel, social and labor law issues, as well as in administrative activities.
You will accompany all departmentspecific organizational changes as well as the associated change processes and actively participate in their implementation.
Your daytoday business is characterized by close cooperation with our HR specialists from the areas of Payroll/Operations, On

- and Offboarding, Learning & Development, etc.

Qualifications:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with several years (at least 3 years) of professional experience in a comparable function as well as further training as an HR specialist.
You are flexible, assertive and enjoy communicating with various stakeholders.
Enjoy new challenges and being proactive in the further development of HR processes.
