    In your new role you will:Take business ownership for the global Finance application dedicated to harmonized profitability analysis (TCM Bridge)Engage with key users throughout the organization to identify areas for improvement and convert them into tangible specifications for the application's developmentCollaborate with IT to design and implement new features and enhancements to continuously improve the application's functionality, user experience and performanceContinuously support the key user community assisting in ad hoc topics as well as providing necessary training materialTake over Infineon-wide responsibility for the Revenue and Cost Controlling process including period-end closing stepsCritically evaluate and challenge our existing Revenue and Cost Controlling process and used master data across Infineon's organizational units, identify improvement areasand opportunities for increased automationCollaborate with representatives and process owners of the global Infineon Controlling organization, other Infineon functions, the Governance Team and the business to create standardized, effective, and efficient state of the art processes and continuously drive optimization, digitalization and harmonizationEnsure the successful implementation of newly defined or updated processes, provide trainings and hypercare throughout the global Infineon Controlling organizationManage requirements of the decentral process owners and Shared Services through continuous collaboration to ensure fit to businessMonitor the efficiency of our existing and new processes and support decision-making with spot-on analysis and deep dives to drive impactYour profile

    You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them.

    You act as an entrepreneur, focus on results and stay aware of costs, commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole.

    Furthermore, you strive for continuous improvement and promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work.

    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    A degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable field of studyAt least 6 years of professional experience in Finance or Controlling, especially Cost Accounting/Governance and/or Business Consulting – ideally deepened understanding of the overarching controlling/business target requirements and interdependent processes (e.g. Accounting)Deep knowledge of Business Process Management and continuous improvement using common methods and tools (e.g.

    BPMN)Extended knowledge of profitability analysis as well as underlying application data flowsSAP functional and process knowledge (especially of the FI-CO module), preferably in the context of S/4HANA and high interest and understanding of controlling and revenue and cost controlling toolsExpertise in project managementSound knowledge of Project and Change Management techniques,including agile working methodsExcellentEnglish communication skills – German is a plusDriving decarbonization and digitalization.

    Infineon designs, develops, manufactures, and markets a broad range of semiconductors and semiconductor-based solutions, focusing on key markets in the automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors.

    Its products range from standard components to special components for digital, analog, and mixed-signal applications to customer-specific solutions together with the appropriate software.

    The Corporate Finance department (CFI) is responsible for Infineon's capital management with the key objective to ensure access to funding and financial flexibility on the basis of a sound capital structure.

    In line with this objective CFI taps the banking and capital markets through a range of instruments and structures and executes respective transactions.

    In that context, CFI is also responsible for Infineon's banking strategy. Within the Infineon group, subsidiaries are financed centrally which is planned and directed by CFI.

    In addition, the team advises and supports corporate projects such as M&A transactions on treasury-related topics as well as divisional and operational teams regarding financing related questions in the context of guarantees, leasing and prepaymentsWe are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
