We are hiring a

Communications Specialist, based in Munich, a role focused on "Communications Activation". Sales & Channel will remain the primary audience, but the team is responsible for roll out and activation against all audiences. This means the development, coordination and planning of tactics to bring campaigns to life.


Your Future Team:


Working alongside a graphic design team, product communications team and content/digital team - you will shape how best we activate core brand/ corporate messages to drive maximum impact to our main audiences (Primary: sales, dealers Secondary: project influencers, end product users).


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Build & deliver tactical plans that help to meet enterprise goals working closely with the other point of view owners in the team (design, digital, product comms, content)
  • Support the activation of those tactical plans what goes out to what audience
  • Utilize key brand platforms to coordinate holistic campaigns: (e.g; showroom, web, social, news, dealer web, webinars, internal trainings)
  • Event planning management, overseeing the creation and execution of an event strategy in the region, where can we make the most impact against our most important audiences
  • Oversee and manage Steelcase enews program (weekly news to key audiences, esignatures, CoBrand)
  • Oversee and manage Steelcase tactics to help keep our sales teams and dealer network informed (eg
- monthly sales calls)

  • Oversee and manage Brand Programs like Platinum Partner Program
  • Support the transcreation/ translation quality of all communications
  • Own the delivery, schedule, timeline and execution throughout the year
- managing campaign weights and overseeing effective planning

  • Help to teach and disseminate our core brand messages to key audiences through storytelling and oration

Who You Are:


  • Required Skills and Competencies_
  • Bachelors Degree (English, Communications, Marketing or other related field)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong oration skills, confidence in public speaking and brand oration
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Preferred Skills and Competencies_
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid networkbuilding experience
  • Proven ability to use critical thinking and analytics to solve complex issues
  • Proven ability to align several groups toward common goals
  • Ability to observe market needs and establish both long
- and short-term goals

  • B2B experience preferred
