- Du entwickelst und pflegst die Softwarearchitektur unserer .NET-Software zur Lohn-und Gehaltsabrechnung mit modernen Entwicklungstools weiter.
- Du bringst gesetzliche und tarifliche Änderungen und Kundenanforderungen zusammen, um fachlich und technisch optimale Komponenten zu designen und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du führst Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen im Entwicklungsprozess durch, z. B. Unit-Tests, Codereviews oder Komponenten- und Fachtests.
- Du arbeitest in allen Phasen der Softwareentwicklung mit wie auch im technischenThird-Level-Support.
- Du stimmst Dich eng mit den Requirement Engineers ab.
- Du arbeitest bei der Verbesserung des agilen Entwicklungsprozesses mit und gibst darüber hinaus fachlichen Input.
- Du hast ein erfolgreich (Fach-)Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-)Informatik abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Du kennst Dich schon sehr gut im .NET-Umfeld aus, Dank Deiner bisherigen beruflichen Praxis.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse bei der Erstellung von Unit-Tests und bringst Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken (SQL-Server) mit.
- Du hast Freude an agiler Entwicklung für die Softwarelösungen von morgen und hoher Code-Qualität.
- Du gehst sicher mit Jira und Confluence um.
- Du bist ein kommunikativer und flexibler Mensch , mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative.
