What to Expect

As a seasoned Solutions Consultant, your role entails conceptualizing, planning, and providing technical support for our Customer Experience Cloud applications and AI dialogue systems for clients. You will build trusted relationships with prospects and customers to develop effective and innovative solutions tailored to their challenges and needs.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Planning and implementing various Contact Center Cloud technologies in close collaboration with customers and team members
Analyzing customers' business processes to identify areas where technology-based Cloud CX solutions can efficiently enhance the customer experience
Becoming familiar with AI chatbot and voice dialogue systems, conducting workshops with customers to develop optimal custom solutions, which our team will implement based on the design
Acquiring knowledge of system manufacturers' licensing and subscription models, advising customers to potentially incorporate them into the solution design

Requirements

A degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science, Master's in IT Management/Consulting, or equivalent education with work experience
Proficient in both German and English in written and verbal communication
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in developing and implementing Cloud applications
Knowledge of integrating Cloud applications into existing systems and networks
Experience with Cloud architectures and frameworks is advantageous
The ability to think outside the box to develop innovative ideas and solutions for business and technical challenges
Knowledge in the Contact Center business is a plus
