    Produktion ist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg in der Automobilindustrie und Artifical Intelligence die Schlüsseltechnologie, um diesen Erfolg auch für die Zukunft zu sichern. Wir sorgen für die Befähigung und Realisierung von wirksamen Generative AI Use Cases und Automatisierung von der Idee bis zum werkeübergreifenden Rollout im globalen Produktionssystem der BMW Group.

    Was erwartet dich?

    • Du leitest und entwickelst mit uns AI-basierte Lösungen zur Digitalisierung der Produktion.
    • Zusammen mit unseren Partnern im Produktionsnetzwerk gestaltest du AI-Anwendungen zur Analyse und Automatisierung von Prozessabläufen, zur Steigerung der Qualität, für schnellere Entscheidungsfindung sowie exakten Prognosen in der Produktion und im indirekten Bereich der Produktion sowie Logistik.
    • Gemeinsam entwickeln wir strategische und technologische Rahmenbedingungen, um konkrete "leading-edge" Anwendungen im industriellen Umfeld umzusetzen. Hierzu hilft dir ein grundsätzliches Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen sowie fundierten IT-Kenntnissen über AI, Analytics und Cloud Architekturen.
    • Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unseren in- und externen Partnern und sorgst dafür, dass Gen-AI-Services ein integraler Bestandteil in den Domänen und IT-Produkten der Produktion werden.
    • Du unterstützt bei der Evaluierung von neuen Gen-AI-Methoden und Tools, erkennst mögliche Einsatzbereiche und erarbeitest Nutzenaussagen.
    • Des Weiteren hast du Spaß am Umgang mit Daten und bist begeistert, neueste Technologien in ein industrielles Umfeld von der Pilotanwendungen bis zur Industrialisierungsreife zu bringen und hast dabei immer das Effizienzpotential für das Unternehmen im Blick.

    Was bringst du mit?

    • Studienabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
    • Praxisorientierte Erfahrung und methodisches Wissen aus den Bereichen NLP, LLMs.
    • Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit Python, auch in Teams unter Anwendung von Clean Code Prinzipien, Testgetriebener Entwicklung.
    • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (SaFE, Scrum, Kanban) und arbeiten in einem agilen, dynamischen Umfeld.
    • Erfahrung im Bereich Computer Vision von Vorteil.
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
