- Gemeinsame Konfiguration von Applikationsparametern (Implementationguide)
- Schulung und Einweisung der Administratoren und User
- Erstellen und Veröffentlichen von Anleitungen und Hilfethemen in der Software über verschiedene Kanäle
- Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Kunden und agilen Entwicklungsteams
- Unterstützung des agilen Projektteams bei Customizing Projekten
- Teil des Customer Service Teams nach Go Live und Ansprechpartner bei Fragen zur Anwendung
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Hohe Kundenorientierung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder – organisation, idealerweise im Automotive Supplier Umfeld
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten, analytische Stärke sowie eine Hands-On Mentalität
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Reisebereitschaft
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

IT Manufactory entwickelt modernste webbasierte Anwendungen für intelligente digitale Prozesse in der Automobilindustrie.
Mit Digital Automotive haben wir ein Produkt entwickelt, was in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Partner S&P Global Mobility (früher IHS MARKIT) die Sales Planung und das Sales Management der Automobilzulieferer in den digitalen "Next Level Sales" führt.
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen Projektleiter (m/w/d).
Du verantwortest die Einführung von unserer Software Digital Automotive bei unseren internationalen Kunden der Automobilzuliefererindustrie. Gemeinsam mit unserem Vertrieb unterstützt Du dabei die Kunden bei der Applikationskonfiguration und begleitest den Kunden vor und nach der Produktivsetzung unserer SaaS-Lösung.
