Bis 2025 will das Unternehmen die erste europäische Hostelkette sein, die CO2 net zero ist – der eigene ökologische Fußabdruck soll auf ein Minimum reduziert und der Rest ausgeglichen werden. Seit seiner Gründung versteht sich a&o Hostels als Arbeitgeber dessen Teams sich unabhängig von Herkunft, Geschlecht, sexueller Orientierung, Religion oder ethnischer Zugehörigkeit bilden.
Um unsere Teams zu unterstützen, suchen wir DICH - eine*n Management Trainee Operations (m/w/d ). Wir freuen uns auch über Bewerbungen von: Absolvent*innen, Graduates, Bachelor/Master im Bereich Wirtschaft / Business Administration / Tourismus/ Hotellerie. Werde jetzt Teil unseres Management Teams und führe im Anschluss an das Training eines unserer a&o Hostels
~ Als Trainee in unserem Ausbildungsprogramm wirst Du drei Monate lang gründlich auf Deine zukünftige Tätigkeit als General Manager vorbereitet, indem du verschiedene Bereiche durchläufst, z.B. Rezeption, Food & Beverage und Hausleitung. Und auch danach ist Flexibilität gefragt bis Du Dein "eigenes" Haus an einem unserer Standorte in Europa übernimmst.
du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich Tourismus, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder verwandten Richtungen
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch - und gute Englisch kenntnisse – wir freuen uns natürlich über jede weitere Sprache die Du sprichst
idealerweise hast einen PKW-Führerschein
