HOME.

YOU OFFER:

Dutch and
English:
Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
PC literacy
Previous customer service experience preferable
Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
You are empathetic and socially competent

REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR WORKPLACE:

A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)?
An Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network?Address?Translation), provide a firewall component, and must be connected to the home network by IPv
A separate, quiet and background noisefree room
Comfortable and ergonomic furniture
