Tasks

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Support the sales team in creating and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Help in preparing sales presentations and other materials to engage potential clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and networking events to build professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with various departments (marketing, product development, customer service) to align business development strategies.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development and sales team as needed.

Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to commit to 1020 hours per week.
