Die US-Botschaft in Berlin sucht geeignete und qualifizierte Bewerber für die Position als Nurse / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/ -in (m/w/d) [offizieller Titel: Registered Nurse (m/w/d)].
Ihre Aufgaben
In dieser Position werden Sie für die medizinische Versorgung von Missionsmitarbeitenden und anspruchsberechtigten Familienmitgliedern nach den relevanten, genehmigten klinischen Richtlinien zuständig sein.
Außerdem werden Sie für die Wartung und den Bestand aller medizinischen Geräte und Materialien, die Durchführung eines soliden Impfprogramms, die Verwaltung von Gruppen- und individuellen Gesundheitsbildungsprogrammen und die medizinische Notfallplanung für die Mission verantwortlich sein.
Ihr Profil
Sie haben einen Abschluss in Nursing / Krankenpflege oder ein gleichwertiges Diplom/Zeugnis einer anerkannten Krankenpflegeschule. Außerdem besitzen Sie eine gültige Krankenpflegelizenz.
Darüber hinaus konnten Sie nach Ihrer Ausbildung bereits Erfahrung in der klinischen Tätigkeit der Krankenpflege sammeln.

Who We Are
The U.S. Mission in Germany is one of the largest U.S. Diplomatic Missions in the world, due in large to its vital geographical situation, its political, and commercial importance in Europe. The U.S. Mission comprises the Embassy in Berlin and five consulates in Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and Leipzig and provides a wide array of services and support as well as playing a vital role in German American relations. The U.S. Embassy Berlin is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Registered Nurse (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
In this position you serve as the post's nurse with responsibilities that include the medical care of Mission employees and eligible family members under MED approved clinical guidelines. You would also be responsible for maintenance and inventory of all medical equipment and supplies, implementation of a robust vaccination program, administration of group and individual health education programs, and medical emergency contingency planning for the Mission.
Your Profile
You have a degree in in Nursing or Diploma/Certificate equivalent from an accredited School of Nursing. You also possess and maintain a valid Nursing License.
Furthermore you were able to gain post-qualification clinical work as a professional nurse.
