We are looking for several

Financial Customer Service Agents - Netherlands (M/F/d) DUTCH SPEAKING

(unlimited, full-time or part-time) Join our team at our location in Berlin or Münster - flexible working conditions available + language bonus

What will be your challenge in the role:

You create notifications based on open claims and contact the customers
You record and manage transactions for our customers using an accounting system
You will receive an intensive and qualified training

What you need to succeed in the role:

Student? Expert? Career changer? You are very welcome at Riverty
Whether spoken or written your knowledge of Dutch is fluent
You consider your very good communication skills in German or English as one of your strengths both spoken and written
You are open minded and friendly towards customers. You can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes
