As a finance team member, you support our Finance Operations team in all financial processes.

We are looking for a motivated student who would directly impact our customer and supplier journey and would be a pivotal team member ensuring operational excellence and the financial success of our growing business month over month.

What is the role about?

You are an integral part of the finance team and contribute to the organization and execution of daily operations.
You either handle customer billing and refunds or verify supplier invoices and process their timely payment.
You work closely with our key stakeholders (such as Sales and Customer Service) in order to resolve queries and clarify accounts balances, including of customers or our international suppliers.
You work within our system, guarantee the financial success of our operations and are in close contact with our finance managers

What will you need to be successful?

You are currently completing a degree in business administration, tourism, or a comparable course of study.
You are available for 20 hours per week.
You are good with numbers and ideally have already gained some experience in finance.
You work accurately, conscientiously and with team spirit.
You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud based solutions such as Google sheets.
You are fluent in English. German is a plus.
You have a background in tourism or are eager to learn more about this industry.
And last but not least, a love for travel
