    Identifikation neuer Kurs-Potenziale
  • Marktforschung und Recherche bzgl. aktueller Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnisse und somit Identifikation neuer Kurs-Potenziale
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien zur Erreichung der Innovationsziele sowie zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des DCI
  • Erarbeitung von Produkt-Roadmaps und -Plänen zur Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung der Produktentwicklung mit den Unternehmenszielen
  • Durch geschickte und smarte Arbeitsmethodik recherchierst und verantwortest Du die Content-Erstellung für die neuen Kurse
    • Einführung neuer Kurse
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Head of Product, die Geschäftsführung und den Gründern
  • Du berichtest direkt dem Head of Product
  • Die Anleitung der Product Organisation liegt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Projektmanagement, -leitung und -verfolgung: die Einhaltung der Meilensteine und somit Sicherung von Projektfortschritten liegt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Leitung des Produkt-Entwicklungsteams
  • Überwachung der jeweiligen Produktlebenszyklen in den Märkten:
  • MAT (Maßnahme bei einem Träger) und
  • FBW (Förderung der beruflichen Weiterbildung)

    Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement, Produkteinführung und dem Product Lifecycle Management sowie der Marktforschung
  • Kenntnisse im Bildungsumfeld / Praktische Erfahrungen bei (IT-)Weiterbildungsträgern
  • Kenntnisse in der abteilungsübergreifende Arbeit in einem internationalen Mitarbeiterumfeld

    Your Tasks

    Identification of new course potentials
  • Market research and investigation regarding current market trends, customer needs and identification of new course potentials
  • Development and implementation of product strategies to achieve the innovation goals and to increase the competitiveness of the DCI
  • Developing product roadmaps and plans to ensure that product development is in line with business objectives
  • Researching and taking responsibility for content creation for new courses through smart working methods
    • Introducing new courses
  • Create decision papers for the Head of Product, the management and the founders
  • You report directly to the Head of Product
  • You will be responsible for guiding the product organisation.
  • Project management, leadership and follow-up: you will be responsible for ensuring that milestones are met and that the project progresses.
  • Leading the product development team
  • Monitoring the respective product life cycles in the markets:
  • MAT (Measure with an Awarding Body) and
  • FBW (promotion of further vocational training)

    Professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in product management, product launch and product lifecycle management as well as market research
