Your Responsibilities

  • Organizing the staging area and GMP related and Non GMP Materials
  • Preparing Materials for Handover to Production according to Stock Transfer Form
  • Preparing Return of the materials from Production, preparing Stock transfer form and transfer in SAP System
  • Goods receiving, handling transportation, and storing.
  • Goods picking and distributing for user department.
  • Take stock counting and make the stock counting report.
  • Take warehouse tour inspection.
  • Warehouse equipment management and cleaning
  • Warehousing related record maintenance in both paper form and electronic system
  • Support to write warehouse related SOP.
  • Work with related department and external warehouse to deal with crossfunction routine job.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party to arrange material delivery on schedule.
