- You use your expertise to advise and support our customers from the healthcare and life sciences industry in data-driven projects.
- You take charge of multiple end-to-end data science projects and ensuring on-time delivery of deliverables.
- In close collaboration with our partners, you will build up and grow our Data Science team.
- You independently tackle complex problems, develop new offers, formulate innovative solutions, and present well-founded recommendations to our clients.
- You cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their distinct needs and delivering customized solutions.
- You promote the benefits, use cases, and impact of machine learning and AI both internally to senior leadership and externally to our clients.

- You possess a minimum of 4 years of extensive consulting or industry experience working in data science.
- You have proven your success in managing small teams with a management style that consistently yields positive results.
- You are proficient in steering strategic projects, overseeing teams, and engaging various stakeholders effectively.
- You combine robust analytical and conceptual abilities with a keen eye for detail, reflecting a conscientious and dynamic approach.
- In a programming language of your choice (e.g., Python, R), you can demonstrate your skills in modeling.
- Your proficiency in selecting and applying AI and ML methods such as Random Forest, Large Language Models, Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, etc., sets you apart.
- You have knowledge of the most common cloud-based machine learning engines.
- Ideally your previous experience and good understanding of the healthcare and life sciences industry.
