- Communication with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance Legal, IT etc.)
- Be the Point of Contact for all matters relating to IFM and management of the properties for the client
- Liaise with regularly with client's admin stakeholders such as site leads, site receptionists, site administrators and site office managers to ensure all aspects of the IFM are being taken care of and the property is being maintained and operating to a high standard
- Procurement of goods and services for client's buildings
- Hold regular meetings with Landlord, ensuring that terms of lease are being provided to client- e.g. external maintenance, central plant management
- Regular/monthly site expections
- Overseeing and managing of the vendors delivering Daily office cleaning
- Overseeing and ensuring the correct operation & maintenance of building systems such as Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, BMS
- Ideally 5 years + experience in Facilities Management or a customer experience role within a large commercial organization
- Experience of owning facilities contracts and supplier/ contractor management
- Experience with EU Facility legislation, and governing bodies
- Quality Assurance knowledge and experience desirable
- Fluency in German and English essential
- Willingness to travel to client sites on a monthly basis
