On behalf of our client, we are looking for a

Head of People and Culture (M/F/d) (full-time)

to join their team.

The location of the role is Munich - they are currently working in a hybrid work mode with 3 days per week in the office.


The Head of People and Culture is developing and implementing the HR strategy and is shaping the company culture by proactively embedding the company's vision, mission, and values into the daily lives of all employees.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading a 12person HR team across multiple European locations (functions: Talent Acquisition / Employer Branding / People Operations & Development / People Analytics & Processes / Workplace & IT) with 2 direct reports
  • Ensure business growth by managing international expansion into additional countries. As the company continues to scale, one of the main tasks will be the recruiting strategy (excellent recruiting support in the team) / leadership development, employee training and employer branding
  • International HR know how is an advantage whereby the accounting takes place in the offices of the respective locations. Preparatory payroll only (preparation and final check / the rest is done by a law firm)

Requirements:


  • A passion for employee experience and innovation in HR
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR in fastgrowing startups or in the HR consulting environment in management consultancies
  • Very good English and very good German (native speaker level)
