- Facilitation of ART events: Moderating various events within ART, such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, Inspect and Adapt Workshops, and PO Syncs. Ensuring these events are well-organized, productive, and aligned with our overall goals.
- Ensuring agile principles and practices: Promoting and strengthening agile principles and practices within ART, helping the team collaborate agilely within ART.
- Managing dependencies: Assisting teams in identifying dependencies among themselves and other Arts. Ensuring these dependencies are managed effectively and regularly inspected.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration: Enhancing effective communication and collaboration among teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Continuous system observation: Continuously monitoring ART progress, tracking key metrics and performance indicators. Regularly informing stakeholders of changing metrics and ensuring risks, issues, and obstacles that may impact successful ART implementation are addressed.
- Continuous improvement: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within ART. Encouraging regular retrospectives at the team and ART levels, and motivating teams to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and drive innovation.
- Technical excellence and process adherence: Supporting all parties in understanding and effectively implementing the Siemens PLM-S process for the entire product lifecycle of digital product applications.
- Collaboration in the extended product team: Assisting the product manager in maintaining close connections with customers and incorporating insights into product concepts. For example, coordinating and participating in customer discussions or creating and updating product concepts.
- Your foundation for success is a completed technical master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- You also have extensive experience in the RTE role and orchestrating multiple agile teams toward a common product goal.
- You possess experience and certification in SAFe/Agile and implementing digital products using agile product development methodology.
- You also have experience in cloud-based application product lifecycle management and ideally experience with data products.
- Additional experience in project management or development (software) is desirable.
- You are experienced in collaborating with heterogeneous teams and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have excellent tool knowledge such as Jira or Polarion in an agile process environment.
