Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth delivery of services to our customers throughout the Service Delivery life cycle
  • Supporting Colt's daytoday operations, including order tracking, delivery coordination, customer record maintenance and supplier management
  • Manage a pipeline of customer orders from start to delivery
  • Updates customers on the progress of orders through to delivery
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Gathers technical information from customer and ensures order processing systems are kept up to date with customer specific information
  • Acts as the 1st escalation level for customer orders
  • Plans and assigns all work for the configuration engineers, including installations, modifications, emergency work and afterhours requests
  • Collects feedback from engineers on installations
  • Responsible for preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Conducts a process gap analysis to find potential areas for improvement

  • Understands what "service" needs to be provided to customers and delivers it flawlessly
  • Follows up customer inquiries, requests or complaints and ensures that the customer has received a response
  • Keeps all promises and always delivers on agreed dates
  • Models honesty, openness, integrity and ethical behavior
  • Punctual to meetings and makes good contributions to meetings
  • Develops and uses methods to share information with others within the team and ensure everyone understands how to work together
  • Shares responsibility and supports employees when needed
  • Impressive communication skills are required (written and verbal)
  • Methodical and highly organized with the ability to prioritize
