Scope of job role is Procurement, Planning and Order Management for our Tech Center and NPI organization.

Responsible for procurement, inventory management, planning and order management of high technology production, new product introduction (NPI) material and life-time supply of obsolete parts.

Oversees activities related to planning and purchasing of material, production planning and on time shipments to our internal and external customers.

Develops plans/strategies, third-party relationships and specific programs in order to achieve business objectives.

May lead supply chain strategy development and implementation to assure best cost, optimal inventory, assurance of supply, and materials product generation support for a business.

Manages employees responsible for procurement, planning and order management tasks.
Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and procurement / planning programs and projects
Develops, implements solutions to department issues
Promotes capabilities and skills of employees
Support business goals along key metrics e.g. On Time Delivery, Inventory and Shipment Targets...
Ensures Lean culture and continuous improvement in department. Drive Lean Projects.
Leads, execute local projects and contribute to global projects and initiatives
Represents orderfulfillment towards sales channel (sales engineers & business centers) as well as Keysight ́s external supply base.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Preferred: Bachelors or Master Degree or equivalent

Advantage:
experience as team leader or manager.

Leadership: Excellent project management skills and coaching abilities. Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams.
Aggregation Skills: Capable to go into detail if deemed necessary. Ability to identify common patterns in individual topics. Aggregated presentation skills to broader management audience. Negotiation and organizational skills.
Analytical skills: Possess a high level of analysis, evaluation, and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to draw conclusions and decisions based on available information. Strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
Personal Resilience: Handling different topics in parallel and manage challenges with stress resistance
Interpersonal skills: Capability to adapt leadership style to individual needs. Ability to mediate conflicting situations. Capability to integrate in diverse teams.
