- Verantwortung für den Ausbau und die Optimierung geeigneter Software-Entwicklungsmethoden, -umgebungen, -prozesse und -tools
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Vorgaben von Automotive SPICE (ISO 15504), Funktionaler Sicherheit (ISO und Automotive Security (ISO im Team und den Projekten des Teams
- Einbindung von internationalen Entwicklungsteams in die Basis-Software Entwicklung
- Diplom- oder Masterabschluss der Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, (Technische) Informatik, Physik oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von Software-Entwicklungsteams bis zu ca. 10 Mitarbeitern, bspw. als Teamkoordinator
- Fundierte Kenntnisse zum AUTOSAR Software Stack und Autosar Software Components, sowie üblichen Toolketten zur Konfiguration
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automotive Embedded Softwareentwicklung
- Expertenkenntnisse der Software-Entwicklungsprozesse (Automotive SPICE, Funktionale Sicherheit ISO 26262, Automotive Security ISO in Automotive Serienprojekten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Application Lifecycle Management und zugehörigem Tooling
