Job Opening: Business Analyst in the Insurance Industry

Your Responsibilities with Us are diverse:

• Analyze, develop, and optimize business processes in the life insurance sector.
• Evaluate and prioritize individual ideas based on effort and benefit, in addition to analyzing technical requirements.
• Manage the insurance conditions of SparkassenVersicherung Leben.
• Design and test batch letters in the print system and make adjustments as necessary.
• Prioritize, implement, and test online letters in the print system.
• Collaborate closely with departments and SVI to create shared and sustainable solutions.
• Create technical, functional, and procedural requirements for IT, oversee the implementation and testing, and hand over the process to the team.
• Optimize technical and procedural workflows, including concrete automation measures.
• Responsible for carrying out and continuously improving the managed operational processes.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed a degree in (Business) Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar university course.
• Your work style is structured, analytical, and pragmatic.
• Enjoy analyzing and solving problems. Make decisions proactively and decisively.
• Strong teamwork, dedication, and flexibility define you.
• Naturally empathetic and respectful towards others.
• Ideally, have knowledge of life insurance and practical experience with COR-Life policy management system and print systems.
• Familiar with VBA programming or have a keen interest in it.
• Experience in project management and technical conception.
