  • Als Teil unseres Regu­la­tory Compli­ance & Risk-​Teams werden Sie die Viel­falt der Bera­tung national und inter­na­tional agie­render Finanz­in­sti­tute kennenlernen
  • Sie entwi­ckeln Sich fach­lich und persön­lich weiter und über­nehmen (Teil-)Projektleitungsverantwortung
  • Sie vertiefen ihr Fach­wissen im Bereich Capital Market Compli­ance, wie bspw. Kapitalmarkt-​Aufsichtsrecht, Anle­ger­schutz sowie Markt­trans­pa­renz, Markt­struktur und Marktintegrität
  • Sie unter­stützen unsere Mandanten bei der Umset­zung regu­la­to­ri­scher Anfor­de­rungen, der Iden­ti­fi­ka­tion und Analyse von Compliance-​Risiken, bei der Entwick­lung von Risi­ko­stra­te­gien und Kontroll­sys­temen, bei dem quan­ti­ta­tiven und quali­ta­tiven Manage­ment von Risiken
  • Dabei werden Sie fort­schritt­liche Tech­no­lo­gien und intel­li­gente Methoden einsetzen, um inno­va­tive Lösungen zu konzi­pieren, umzu­setzen und in Betrieb zu nehmen

  • Mehr­jäh­rige Erfah­rung (Manager mind. 5 Jahre; Senior Manager mind. 8 Jahre) im Compliance-​Umfeld eines Bera­tungs­un­ter­neh­mens oder einer Universalbank
  • Abge­schlos­senes Studium der Wirt­schafts­wis­sen­schaften oder vergleich­bare Qualifikation
  • Exper­tise im Bereich der einschlä­gigen natio­nalen und inter­na­tio­nalen gesetz­li­chen und regu­la­to­ri­schen Anfor­de­rungen, insbe­son­dere WpHG, MiFID II, MiFIR, MAR, EMIR, MaComp
  • Kenntnis der fach­li­chen Kapitalmarkt-​Compliance-Prozesse von Kredit- oder Finanzdienstleistungsinstituten
  • Ausge­prägte analy­ti­sche Fähig­keiten, ganz­heit­li­ches und prozes­suales Denken, Kommu­ni­ka­ti­ons­stärke, Eigen­in­itia­tive, Team­fä­hig­keit, Verant­wor­tungs­be­wusst­sein, Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-​ und Englisch­kennt­nisse in Wort und Schrift
