What you'll do:

You will work with hiring managers to identify their needs and the optimal recruiting strategy.
You will relay progress, risks, issues, challenges, and status to leadership and other LucaNet stakeholders on a regular basis.
You will be attending, organizing and supporting recruitment events.

What you bring to the table:

You have first experience in recruiting with a lot of motivation to grow and work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
You understand the difference between Java, JavaScript and Angular.
You have an analytical mindset, solid Excel skills and a desire to leverage data in your decision making.
You are interested in technology trends.
You have great communication skills and are fluent in English. German skills would be an advantage.
