Meet Your Team:
Demand Account Management

Leave no growth opportunity unturned.

The Demand Account Management team helps app advertisers grow their user base by proactively bringing highly creative data-driven suggestions and strategies to the table.

You are always asking yourself "How can we help advertisers increase their scale and performance?," "Where is the next hidden GEO gem?," and "Which launch strategies will drive an app's expansion?"

Tasks

  • Be responsible for adjoe's entire advertiser portfolio and their continued success on the adjoe UA platform.
  • Play a key role in driving the growth of the applike group's (justDice and Sunday) entire app portfolio on our platform.
  • Represent adjoe, as director, in international client visits and adtech industry events.
  • Analyze daily advertiser performance and drive initiatives together with your team and the Supply and Product teams for platform growth and positive advertiser results.
  • Attend highvalue partner calls, being adjoe's main POC for Demand.
  • Drive the product roadmap forward by ensuring your team works more efficiently and achieves a continued growth in advertiser spend.
  • Align client and adjoe business goals by hosting QBRs alongside your team to ensure business growth.
  • Understand the core drivers of our business and your team, define yearly targets based on those, and be passionate about achieving them.
  • Be a member of the Commercial Management team and report directly to the CRO.
  • Manage, lead, and develop your team to support their individual growth as well as help them achieve business success.

Requirements:


  • You possess 5+ years' leadership experience with a proven track record in managing and generating high revenue and a growing AM team
  • You have a revenue
- and growth-oriented mindset

  • You are extremely analytical, a quick learner, and an eager optimizer
  • You possess strong presentation and communication skills and are able to build compelling business narratives and communicate with many partners on a daily basis
  • You have a talent for organization, coordination, and project management
  • You are an experienced negotiator and have a strong background in client relationship management
  • You have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are motivated by your intellectual and datadriven curiosity
  • Plus: You have a deep understanding of mobile adtech and app economies
  • Plus: You can give partners highquality support with your profound understanding of technologies
