    Director Global Internal Communications (f/m/d)

    What this job looks like

    • Work closely together with the Head of Corporate Development, ESG, and Internal Communications to implement and develop the internal communications strategy aligned to company goals
    • Manage the day-to-day aspects of internal communications: preparing and hosting global calls, moderating the Global Teams channel, drafting and aligning announcements, managing intranet and events calendar content, etc.
    • Drive initiatives to further increase transparency, as well as employee engagement and collaboration across locations and functions
    • Inform and engage employees to the company mission, vision, and values
    • Write and edit engaging content, create presentations, and deliver messages effectively to different audiences
    • Translate complex information into clear, concise language that is easy for employees to understand
    • Work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure consistent communications aligned with business priorities

    Your Profile

    • Minimum of five years' experience in internal communications or a related field, in a global company
    • Ability to balance strategic and hands-on work
    • Good understanding of the software industry is a plus
    • Excellent project management, analytical thinking, and communication skills
    • Proven success in developing and executing strategic communications plans
    • Strong understanding of different communication channels, such as social media, email, and intranets
    • Ability to build relationships across different levels of the organisation and work collaboratively with other departments
    • Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and adapt communication style to different audiences
    • Business fluent in English and German
