- Umsetzung der Kommunikationsstrategie: Auf Grundlage der Unternehmenswerte verwandelst Du die geheimen Codes der Unternehmenssprache in verständliche Botschaften. Dabei entwickelst Du zielgruppenspezifische Kampagnen für unternehmensweite Aktionen, Bild- und Textkonzepte.
- Content Creation: Dein tägliches Brot und Butter Geschäft ermöglicht den reibungslosen Informationsfluss und die Team-Zusammenarbeit der heonaut:innen. Du pflegst sämtliche interne Kommunikationskanäle und Plattformen.
- Planung: Beim Vergleichen von Angeboten holst Du immer das Beste aus Deinem Budget heraus. Worte wie Erfolgsmessung und Kosten-Nutzen-Analyse schrecken Dich nicht ab.
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Communications oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der Organisation von Events mit.
- Als Organisationstalent hast Du eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine Hands-on Mentalität.
- Zu Eventzeiten läufst Du zur Höchstform auf und weißt, dass Du gelegentlich auch am Wochenende arbeitest.
- Adressatengerechte Kommunikation ist Deine Stärke und zeigt sich in Deinen Ergebnissen.
- Sharepoint, Social Media, Chat GPT oder Content Management Software, Du interessierst Dich für neue Trends und Technologien und bist digital fluent
- Ge: C1 – Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
