About the role
As an Intern Global Sales, you will be supporting the country-based GSO teams in day-to-day activities across all brands within Marriott International

You will have the opportunity to support the team across several business segments (Business Travel, Airline Crew, Groups & Events and Leisure)
You will be responsible for the daytoday management of tasks, client communication, and analyzing the KPIs via stateoftheart reporting technology
You will be participating on project and account teams, executing activities that support strategic account management and teambased sales models
Liaising with global teams located in other European and global offices to share ideas and collaborate on special projects
Consulting customers on properties out of our global hotel portfolio best matching the request profile and individual client's business needs
Providing a firstclass, customer serviceoriented sales approach

Experience

Previous experience in sales and/ or hospitality is a plus

Education or Certification

High school completion or equivalent is required
A University Degree is preferred
Hospitality Management Degree beneficial

Skills and Knowledge

Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Initiative taking
Fluency in Germany and English, additional languages a plus
Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
