Our portfolio covers the entire value chain from strategy development to implementation and transformation in the areas of Supply Chain, Value Sourcing, Manufacturing / MRO, Service Operations, and Innovation & Product Development, delivering tangible results on the first attempt. We are strengthening our Operations Specialists team and are looking for high potential candidates on several levels with proven track records to join our team in Germany.

As a CONSULTANT, you will be part of an international project team in various industries, in which you will primarily be responsible for preparing technical analyses in the production and process environment, independently managing initial smaller work packages, and thus making a significant contribution to the success of the project. In addition, you will be in direct contact with customers and assist with the preparation and follow-up of customer workshops. Outside of the projects you proactively support the further development of the business unit, IC, solutions, tool development.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Just as every client project is different, so we recognize and value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets for successful candidates. We are seeking high-caliber individuals who want to join our winning team. Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Relevant experience (1-3 years) in one of the Operations topics (such as Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
• Proven knowledge of relevant sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries, Transportation, Energy, Process industries, Financial Services
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Strong background in problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Excellent relationship building skills with clients of all levels
• Great team player, Self-directed and willing to take initiative
• Fluency in English and German is required
• Willingness to travel
