- Support the execution of our operational process from order receipt to order fulfillment and delivery to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
- Contribute to the quality management of our distributed supply chain, e.g. by supporting the set up of our quality management framework
- Take care of the coordination and operational management of suppliers and logistics service providers
- Own 1-2 organization-wide operational and strategic projects independently, particularly in the areas of operations, logistics, supply chain optimization and commercial flows
- Supervise the processing of production orders, documentation in internal CRM systems
- Support the leadership team with any ad-hoc projects and analyses
- You are studying mechanical engineering or manufacturing/industrial engineering or another related degree
- You have ideally already completed an internships in operations, additive manufacturing or industrial engineering and have a first applied understanding of additive manufacturing
- You have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
- You are highly ambitious and enjoy working independently and having lots of responsibility
- You love manufacturing and have a natural interest in on-demand manufacturing technologies
- You are fluent in English, German is a big plus
- Well-connected office in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg)
