- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung, idealerweise ergänzt um ein immobilienwirtschaftliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Aufbaustudium (Immobilienökonom, MBA, o.ä.)
- Du hast mind. 10 Jahre relevante und nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Projekt Management, in u Planung und/oder in der Immobilien Projektentwicklung mit Affinität zu kostenbewusstem und wertbeständigem Design
- Davon mindestens 3 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, inklusive Budgetierung, Zeitplanung und Ressourcenmanagement.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsqualitäten.
- Fähigkeit, Teammitglieder zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
- Starke analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten.
